You can quickly and easily evaluate customer Requests. You assign valid Requests, merge duplicates and close invalid Requests.
With TargetProcess tracking, you always know where an idea came from and what you decided to do with it.

Burn Down charts in TargetProcess are smart. Some people say they've been designed by aliens from Andromeda Galaxy. Whether it's true or not, they know when new work is added to Release and show that clearly, so it is harder to push more work to the team. They know when work is removed from Release. They even forecast Release end dates based on history data.

If your backlog is in order, planning releases will only take a few minutes. Drag and drop Stories and Bugs from the backlog to your next Release. You can add another Release, select a different project, or add a Milestone, whatever you need, all from the same screen. That's all there is to it!
