How often you need to bind an email to a user story or to a bug? During TargetProcess development we constantly feel the need to see all related information in one place. Bugs require more details and sometimes there is quite long email thread related to only one bug. It is reasonable to see all these emails on Bug View page.
With v.2.5 release TargetProcess may retrieve all emails from specified mailbox. Then you may bind emails to entities and reply to emails if required.
And User Story View will contains all related emails as well as comments and attachments. All information that you have about the User Story!
Also you may create internal messages that other TargetProcess users will see in their Inbox. Moreover, TargetProcess automatically generates internal messages when task assigned to person, bug is fixed, etc.
