Product Owner / Requirements Management

The Product Owner is responsible for features management. She adds, describes, prioritizes and schedules features and User Stories. Let's see how TargetProcess helps the Product Owner.

Requirements Management

First, there is the Features screen that shows the list of features for the current project. In this list, the Product Owner can clearly see Features progress, states, and all related User Stories.

You can add a new Feature or a User Story right from the Features screen. The Add Feature form has only one required field and a visual editor for description, so the process of adding a Feature is quick and simple. The 'Save and Add New' button allows users to create several Features with ease.

Each Feature in TargetProcess stores all important details such as comments, attachments, related User Stories and change history. So you can discuss the Feature, store related artifacts, and track Feature evolution.
