Creating, assigning, updating, and tracking tasks is one of the most common Project Manager/SCRUM Master day-to-day activities. People report their progress and the SCRUM Master records that. People complete the tasks which someone then needs to close and create new tasks for them. All this can be done very quickly in Task Board. It is the best place to manage tasks.

Task board allows you to

• Change Task state (from open to done, for example) via drag and drop
• Create Tasks
• Assign/Re-assign people to Tasks and User Stories
• Update remaining time for Tasks
• Show Tasks for a specific person
• See User Stories Impediments

You can customize the Task Board view. You can setup a very simple layout with minimal detail or a complex one with many details.
