Release 2208.5: bugfixes and stability improvements

This release contains backend optimizations, bug fixes, and improvements.

Enhancements:

• Users can now generate and share links to a single comment.
• We have added Parent-Child relations at the boards to see all relations between parent features and its child user stories.

The following issues have been fixed:

• When the user sets up a board for the native entities, the aggregations are not displayed. (#647300)
• When the users try to export data to CSV, Targetprocess fails to handle the request in certain cases. (#656698)
• The lookup section in the Location field is overlayed by some parts of the embedded roadmap. (#442399)
• The custom field is not automatically deleted when the user tries to delete the project. The issue appears due to the invalid column info. (#655486)
• When you create Bug from a view that is configured with Iteration in lane, the Quick Add pop-up is unavailable. (#654022)
• Sometimes the background of entity buttons in Metrics tab is grey instead of white. (#657683)
