How to View My Personal Recent Activity

  • Where can I see the activity on my tasks? The ones I'm owner of or assigned to.
  • For the moment we only have plans to implement such a feature. However there are several helpful views and widgets in Targetprocess that show your recent activity timeline.

Recent Items and Browsing History

Available in Targetprocess v3.10.7+

Every Targetprocess user has faced the challenge of quickly finding some entity which they recently viewed or modified. To simplify this process, we've added a special My Recent selection to the views list so you can quickly find the entities that you've opened or edited lately.

Dashboard Widgets

Latest Comments Widget

This dashboard widget shows latest comments added to entities in selected Projects and Teams. You can see all comments, or related to you (comments to entities you follow, are the owner of, or are assigned to).

Follow Activity Widget

Shows the activity for any entities that you follow. For example, if you follow a Feature, you will see all important actions about this Feature. This widget has no settings.

Recent Activity

This add-on shows a recent activity timeline: new comments, new entities, status updates for all User Stories, Tasks, Bugs and Requests in selected projects for the 3 last days. It has no filter to show your own items only. It can be installed from Mashups Library.

Where is the write-up on the pop-up: “My Recent”, which has two tabs: Last Modified & Browsed? We need some documentation here to provide clarification on the features/functionalities and the various icons that appear on the listings, plus how/when to use “Mark All Read”, etc.

@johnwdoom:disqus we added draft of the documentation on “My Recent” popup: to article. Could you please check it and let us know whether some details important for you are still missing in it?
