If you are using Targetprocess On-Demand, the hosted Software-as-a-Service, you do not need to worry about updates. We update Targetprocess On-Demand subscriptions as part of your package.
If you are using Targetprocess On-Site, which is installed on your own servers, you must install the updates manually.
You can check your current version of Targetprocess in Settings section at the bottom of the page.
You can also check if there is a new version in your Targetprocess Customer Center. The link to your Customer Center page was sent to you in your “Welcome to Targetprocess!” email.
On your Customer Center Account Page you can download the installer for the latest version of Targetprocess available for your account.
Before proceeding with an update, make sure you make a backup of your database!
To perform an update: Download the latest version of the Targetprocess installer from your customer center page:
Open the ZIP archive that you just downloaded and locate the installer in the root of the archive.
Extract the installer or run it directly. Make sure you check the “Update existing installation” check box so your existing data is preserved.
After the installer has completed updating your installation, you will be able to access all the new features available with the latest Targetprocess release.
