Targetprocess Service Desk (“Service Desk”) allows individuals that don't have a valid Targetprocess License to log support tickets, questions, and ideas on a private instance of Service Desk controlled by an inviting party (Targetprocess Customer).
You, as a guest user ("Requester"), acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of this Service Desk is on behalf of the party that invited you to the Service Desk, and not Targetprocess or any of its affiliates (“Targetprocess”). Neither Targetprocess nor its suppliers shall be liable to you for any loss of use, lost or inaccurate data, lost profits, failure of security mechanisms, interruption of business, delays or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, reliance, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if informed of the possibility of such damages in advance. In any event, Targetprocess’ aggregate liability to you will not exceed fifty USD (U.S. $50).
Service Desk is provided “as is,” and Targetprocess and its suppliers expressly disclaim any and all warranties and representations of any kind, including any warranty of non-infringement, title, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality, or merchantability—whether express, implied, or statutory.
