Recent Activity

This mashup (custom add-on) shows recent activity timeline: new comments, new entities, status updates for User Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Features and Requests for the 3 last days.

The mashup can be activated by Administrators of your Targetprocess account. Install the mashup from the Mashups Library. Navigate Settings > Mashups menu item for this purpose.

After installation, reload Targetprocess page in your web browser. Request your colleagues to perform the same action if the mashup doesn't appear for them.

Find the Activity link next to the Time Sheet link in the menu on top.

The mashup shows items from Projects and Teams that are now selected in the view you currently browse. Filters applied to the view do not affect list of displayed items.

I’m using it on Monday after a 3-day weekend, and so it shows basically nothing.
How can I see activity further back??

  • Alex

Hi Aaron! Am I correct with assumption that you expect that the mashup would show you recent changes for 3 previous ‘business days’, and not ‘calendar days’? Right now it works with calendar days. It is natural that there was no any activity during this weekend.

  • Aaron Lawrence

Yeah, OK, I can understand why. But it’s a big limitation. Why only 3 days? Why not a month or so?

  • Julia Pastushenko

    Hi Aaron,

3 days is just a default settings. If you’d like to have a different setting, you are welcome to go to Settings -> Mashups -> Recently activity and edit the following line: DAYS_AGO: 2,

    Hope this helps,

Hi Julia, I’m interested in getting a longer period of time (e.g. the last month) of historical changes, but not necessarily impacting everyone else who uses this Mashup. Is the same activity feed available anywhere else in the product? E.g. the API? Or can I get a customised feed for me but not for everyone else?

  • Julia Pastushenko

    Hi Oliver,

Indeed you can get the same data using REST API:

Our own Mashups actually use REST API to pull data.
You can check how Activity mashup handles historical data at

    Best wishes,
