How to customize Priority of Requests
In Service Desk users specify Priority per each Request they submit. Priority options are actually configured as Business Values for Requests in Targetprocess.
Priority in Add Request form of Service Desk:
The options are the same as Business Values for Request entity in Targetprocess settings.
To customize them, log in as Administrator to Targetprocess application. Then open Settings -> Business Values page. You will see list of Business Values for all types of entities you have. Apply a Filter by Request entity to see only values specific to Requests.
On this page you can add new values, edit (rename) and delete existing ones.
