• Retrospectives, Action Items, and Feedback items
• Views to run and manage your team retrospectives:
  • Collect Feedback during your retrospective
  • Define Action Items
  • See a backlog of Action Items

1. Create your quarterly Team Retrospective

2. Collect Feedback: what went well and what could be better

3. Organize Feedbacks into groups

4. Use tags to vote for Feedback Groups to choose those to discuss first (put emoji or your name as you wish)

5. Open each Feedback Group and go through the linked Feedbacks. Close them when discussed.

6. Create Action Items

7. See the list of Action Items, prioritize them and plan into Team Iteration
