Some small graphic elements (e.g. charts, buttons and board icons) might be missing in your Targetprocess On-Site. A possible reason can be that the .svg MIME type is not mapped at your IIS settings.
You need to configure the mapping if that’s the case. Do the following (or have your IT team do this):
- Log in to your local hosting server
- Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
- Click on the Server root node
- Select IIS -> MIME Types icon
- At the MIME Types page click Actions->Add...
- The file name extension field should have .svg in it.
- The MIME type should be image/svg+xml.
- As a result, mapping for .svg MIME type is added.
Now all the icons and graphic elements in the Targetprocess 3 layout should be displayed nicely.
