Deprecated – Reports Connectors

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the Apptio Targetprocess architecture and cater to the demands of our user base, we are investing our efforts in building new features and enhancing the most commonly used ones. As a way to achieve this, we are discontinuing support for external sources used for fetching data for our reports. Low usage coupled with high maintenance has led us to take this decision, and we feel that the effort is utilized in other areas. This decision is aimed at improving the overall system performance and efficiency. As of April 25, 2024, we will discontinue support for all the external sources for our reports such as:

• Report from link
• Google Sheets
• GitHub
• Google Analytics
• Trello
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Jira
• Custom connector apps

Note: If you have existing reports created using data from any external sources, we highly recommend exporting the data as the deprecation can lead to data loss.
