Deprecating the Global Login Page

Beginning May 12, 2023, Apptio Targetprocess will no longer support users' login through the global login page at https://auth.targetprocess.com/. To avoid a disrupted user experience, please start using the login with the direct Targetprocess URL.

How to check if you're affected?

You are affected by the change if you've been using any of the following methods to log in:

• Login from the Targetprocess Guide
• Login from the Apptio website
• Direct URL https://auth.targetprocess.com
• https://targetprocess.com/global-login/

If you use any other URL, you aren't affected by the change.

How to find the login URL?

Log into the application using the login method you've been using previously. Once logged into Targetprocess, check the URL in the address bar. This application URL must be used in the future. You can bookmark the URL for further use.

If the global login page was used as the SSO exception method to log into the application, the SSO exception link must be used instead. The new URL can be found in Targetprocess at Settings → Authentication and Security → Single Sign-On.
