Update: Extended set of Team icons, History for Extendable Domain entities, Bug fixes

The Team Icon Set is Extended

We've extended the list of available Icons for the Teams with the Emoji pack. Now you are able to choose and set an Emoji icon for your Team:

Minor improvements

• History is now available for Extendable Domain entities
• We've added the ability to link an Extendable Domain entity to a native entity without changing permissions of ExD entity

• Adding relation to an entity now works correctly
