Do I need to purchase licenses for Service Desk Users?

No. Users in the Targetprocess Service Desk are a different type of user called 'Requesters.' Requester accounts do not count towards your Targetprocess license count. As a result, you can have as many requester accounts as you need, regardless of your license count.

Requesters only have access to Service Desk and cannot login to your main Targetprocess instance.
