When you are logged into the service desk, you gain access to the full information related to the request you submitted and public requests submitted by others, including attachments, comments, and related items.
In order to log in, you must have an account:
- If you have never sent an email at tp-support@apptio.com, you need to create an account via pressing "Create new account" button on servicedesk.targetprocess.com
- If you have ever sent an email at tp-support@apptio.com, an account has already been created for you using your email address as your login. To set up your account, please use the 'Forgot your password?' option to set the password for your account. You can access the login page using the link that was sent to you in the auto-reply email you received after submitting your request, or use the direct link servicedesk.targetprocess.com
If you encounter the error message "Request not found or access is forbidden" despite having sufficient permissions, please log in to view the request:
