Entities and fields supported for import from CSV files

You can import CSV (comma-separated values) files for Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Requests, Requesters, Users, Test Cases, Impediments in Targetprocess.

Valid entity type name spelling is UserStory. Make sure no spaces are in between.

User Story field is mandatory, even when you update an existing Task.

RequestRequesters - it is possible to add Requesters within comma-separated list of emails. Requesters cannot be unassigned via Import. Targetprocess users cannot be added as Requesters via Import.

Planned Dates

By default planned dates cannot be updated from CSV files. They are not available in Import mapping out of box. However the workaround is possible. Targetprocess supports import of Date Custom Fields from CSV files. Then a webhook is able to copy values from custom fields to built-in fields Planned Start DatePlanned End Date.
